Annual Plans

90-Day Test Drive: Enjoy a 90-day period to test drive Complete360 with confidence. If you find that Complete360 is not the right fit for your business, you will only be charged for the time you have used.

Prepaid Plans: For prepaid annual plans, if you decide to cancel within the first 90 days, we will refund the unused portion of your payment. For example, if you prepaid for 12 months and cancel at 2 months, we will refund 10/12ths of your payment.

Post 90-Day Policy: After the initial 90 days, no refunds will be issued. However, any remaining credit from your prepaid plan can be applied towards future purchases of any Complete360 solutions.

Month-to-Month Plans

Cancellation Notice: For month-to-month plans, a 10-day notice is required to cancel the subscription. Failure to provide the 10-day notice may result in charges for the next billing cycle.

General Terms

Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation date.

Credit Application: Credits from canceled prepaid plans can be used towards any of Complete360's services and solutions.

Changes to Terms: Complete360 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the terms
